If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a comprehensive refund and return policy to make the process as easy as possible for you.

1. Return and Exchange Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original, unworn condition, with no signs of use or damage.
  • The item must be in the original packaging (including all tags, boxes, and certificates of authenticity).
  • Any watch must not have been resized or altered in any way.

Please note: Special-order items, custom items, or sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the return or exchange process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@hexcoorepc.com or call us at (973) 478-1028 to inform us of your return or exchange request. Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any other relevant information.

  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.

  3. Return Shipment: After receiving your RA number, carefully package your item with all original documentation and packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a traceable, insured shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Please Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as incorrect or damaged goods).

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@hexcoorepc.com or (973) 478-1028. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label for the return of the damaged or defective item at no additional cost. Once the item is returned and inspected, we will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on availability and your preference.

5. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange your item for a different watch or size, subject to availability. Please follow the same process as outlined above for initiating a return. If your preferred item is out of stock, we will offer you a refund or assist you in selecting an alternative.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Items that have been altered, resized, or engraved after purchase.
  • Watches that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
  • Special orders, custom-made items, and final sale products.
