At HexcoorePC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in offering high-quality timepieces and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.
1️⃣ Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
✔ Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
✔ Condition: The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, protective films, accessories, and warranty cards included.
✔ Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.
✔ Eligible Products: Only regular-priced items are eligible for returns. Final sale, clearance, and custom-made items are non-refundable.
🔹 Note: Any product that shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return or exchange.
2️⃣ Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns for the following items:
❌ Watches that have been worn, resized, or altered.
❌ Items without original packaging, tags, or warranty cards.
❌ Gift cards and promotional items.
❌ Final sale, clearance, and personalized/customized orders.
3️⃣ Refund Process & Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
✔ Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be credited to your original payment card within 5-10 business days.
✔ PayPal Payments: Refunds will be credited to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days.
✔ Store Credit: You can opt to receive store credit for future purchases.
🔹 Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4️⃣ How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange request, follow these steps:

2️⃣ Receive Return Authorization (RA) Number – Our team will provide you with an RA number and return instructions.
3️⃣ Pack the Item Securely – Place the item in its original packaging and include all original accessories, tags, and proof of purchase.

5️⃣ Refund/Exchange Processing – Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within the given timeline.
5️⃣ Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

6️⃣ Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame:
✔ Check Your Bank Account – Refunds may take a few business days to reflect.
✔ Contact Your Bank or Credit Card Provider – Some financial institutions take additional time to process refunds.

7️⃣ Exchange Policy
✔ Exchanges are allowed within 30 days if you wish to replace your item with a different model or style.
✔ The item must be unused and in original condition to qualify for an exchange.
✔ If the new item is of higher value, you will be required to pay the price difference.
8️⃣ Cancellation Policy
✔ Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
✔ After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed as orders may have already been processed.
